About

Compliance should not be the tax for success.

IntelCS — Intelligent Compliance Solutions — exists because of a pattern we kept seeing in regulated businesses: the compliance function is competent, well run, and structurally unable to keep up. Obligations scale faster than the business. Qualified reviewers do not.

The response has usually been to hire, to sample harder, or to slow the business down. We think there is a fourth option: automate the review work itself, against requirements the firm defines, in a way that a regulator can follow and reproduce.

Principles

Four commitments that shaped the product before the first line of code.

01

The data stays put

Locally hosted models only. Convenience is not a reason to move a client's regulated data outside their boundary — so we built the product with no route out.

02

Reproducible or it isn't evidence

A control you cannot re-execute is a story. HaloRT exists because determinism had to be a property of the runtime, not a hopeful setting.

03

Your interpretation, not ours

We do not sell an opinion on what your obligations mean. You configure the requirements; we make them executable at full scale.

04

A person stays accountable

Automation clears volume; it does not absorb responsibility. Contested cases always reach a designated reviewer, and the final decision is theirs.

Why now

Point-in-time compliance is finished.

Regulators have moved from asking whether a policy exists to auditing the logic that executes it, and they expect continuous visibility and consistency rather than an annual attestation. At the same time, the volume of regulatory change has outrun any manual tracking function.

Meanwhile the obvious technology answer — a general-purpose AI assistant — fails on exactly the three grounds regulated firms cannot compromise on: where the data goes, how the result was determined and whether the output can be reproduced.
Solving those problems properly is the whole reason IntelCS exists.

How we work with you

One process, three steps:

STEP 01

Technical briefing

45 minutes with your compliance, security and model risk people in the room. If IntelCS isn't the right answer, we'll say so there.

STEP 02

Scoped pilot

One review process, configured to your requirements, running on your data — on IntelCS infrastructure or on-premises in your environment — benchmarked against the coverage you have today.

STEP 03

Production, then breadth

Move the pilot into live assurance with your change control, then extend to the next process. We would rather prove one thing properly than promise ten.

We're an early company being deliberate about who we take on.

If your compliance burden is growing faster than your ability to review it, we'd like to hear the specifics.
