Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data IntelCS ("IntelCS", "we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it, in line with the UK GDPR / EU GDPR.
Who we are
IntelCS — Intelligent Compliance Solutions.
Contact: hello@intelcs.ai
What we collect and why
- Contact form. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email, organisation, role, industry, company size, compliance headcount, phone number (optional), preferred contact time, and your message. Legal basis: legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry). We use these details only to respond to you — never for marketing lists or third-party sharing.
- Analytics. With your consent, we collect anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Legal basis: consent (you can withdraw it at any time via "Update cookies preferences" in the footer).
- Technical logs. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) are kept for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. Server logs are rotated routinely.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal data. The only processors involved in running this site are the email delivery service used to route contact enquiries and the analytics provider (only where you consent). Both are bound by data-processing agreements. We use no third-party AI vendors anywhere in the path.
Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time (cookie preferences link in the footer)
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority
To exercise any right, email hello@intelcs.ai.
